End-User Licence Agreement

Effective date: 3 September 2026

This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the PCN Job Register (the "Application"), a private internal application operated by PCN Computer Services ("PCN"). By accessing the Application, you agree to these terms.

1. Internal-use licence

PCN grants authorised personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Application solely for legitimate PCN business purposes. The Application is not offered for sale, sublicensing or use by the general public.

2. Accounts and access

You must use your own authorised Microsoft 365 account, keep access credentials secure and comply with the permissions assigned to you. You must not share an account, attempt to bypass access controls or access financial or customer information beyond your role.

3. Acceptable use

You must enter and update information accurately, preserve customer and commercial confidentiality, and use the Application in accordance with PCN policies and applicable law. You must not introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, copy or export information without authority, reverse engineer the Application, or use it for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

4. QuickBooks Online and third-party services

The Application may connect to PCN's QuickBooks Online account and other services supplied by Microsoft, Intuit, Supabase and Vercel. Only personnel authorised by PCN may connect, disconnect or administer these integrations. Use of third-party services is also subject to the applicable provider terms.

5. Information and privacy

Use of personal and business information is explained in the PCN Job Register Privacy Policy. Information displayed by the Application remains confidential PCN or customer information and must be handled accordingly.

6. Ownership

PCN and its licensors retain all rights in the Application, its design, code and documentation. This Agreement grants permission to use the Application and does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

7. Availability and accuracy

The Application supports PCN's internal workflow but does not replace QuickBooks Online as the accounting system of record. Users must report errors and verify important financial or operational information before relying on it. PCN may change, suspend or withdraw the Application when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or business operations.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or withdrawn if your role changes, your work with PCN ends, security is at risk, or these terms are breached. When access ends, you must stop using the Application and must not retain unauthorised copies of its information.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

PCN may update this Agreement as the Application changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and their courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
